Address Changes: System processing is automated; address modifications must be requested immediately after checkout

Subscription Orders

Fulfillment Cycles: Deliveries repeat automatically based on your selected duration and frequency.

Billing Parameters: Securely stored payment methods are charged per cycle unless prepaid.

Auto-Renewal Terms: Plans auto-renew at term end unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Cancellation Rules: Subscriptions can be modified or canceled at any time.

Management Process: Use the management link provided in your original order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders

Inventory Status: Pre-orders apply to out-of-stock, upcoming, or specialized items.

Mixed-Cart Shipping: Orders with mixed in stock and pre-order items ship together when the final pre-order arrives.

Order Notes: Request split shipments by adding a note at checkout.

Separate Fees: Additional shipping fees apply if you request split delivery for in-stock items.

Payment Collection: We may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or zero down at checkout.

Final Billing: Remaining balances are charged automatically when inventory arrives and is fulfilled.

Cancellation Window: You can cancel a pre-order anytime before fulfillment for a full deposit refund.

Shipped Pre-Orders: Once fulfilled, items cannot be canceled but fall under our refund policy.

Try Before You Buy

Card Authorization: A temporary authorization hold is placed on your payment method at checkout.

Trial Window: The trial period begins immediately upon confirmed carrier delivery.

Keeping the Item: If kept past the trial window, your card is automatically charged the full price.

Returning the Item: Items must be postmarked and shipped back before the trial ends to avoid charges.

International Shipping & Customs

Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and regional import taxes unless otherwise explicitly stated during the ordering process.

Customs Delays: We do not guarantee delivery timelines if a package is held by local border authorities.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Ebooks and other digital goods are exempt, and customers pay return shipment fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), digital products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
