Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated on our website's banner. We sometimes ship from our warehouse or direct from our suppliers. We occasionally make upcoming titles and exclusive editions available for pre-order. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock.

Please review the guidelines below for important details on how we process, charge for, and ship your pre-ordered books.

1. Estimated Release & Shipping Dates

• Estimated Arrival: Release dates are provided by publishers and are subject to change. While we strive to get your book to you as close to the publication date as possible, transit times vary based on your selected Shipping Policy and the courier used.

• Fulfillment Time: Once the book physically arrives at our shop, we will process and ship all pre-orders within 1-3 business days in the order they were received.

2. Payment Processing

• When You Are Charged: Depending on your chosen checkout method, your card will either be authorized at the time of purchase and charged closer to the ship date, or charged immediately to secure your limited-run copy.

• Promotions: Any promotional discounts applied at the time of your initial order will be fully honored when the item ships.

3. Mixed Carts & Multiple Items

• In-Stock & Pre-Order Items: If you purchase an in-stock book alongside a pre-order book, the entire order will typically be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is released and in stock.

• Split Shipping: If you need in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders (one for in-stock, one for pre-order).

4. Cancellations & Address Changes

• Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped.

• Address Updates: If you move or need to update your delivery address before your pre-order ships, please reach out to our team as soon as possible so we can update your order details.
